What’s missing from the Brown’s Hotel marketing strategy?

browns-hotel-185Sir Rocco Forte’s Brown’s Hotel in London is giving guests treatment fit for princes and princesses by introducing a Royal Wedding-themed package, but its lack of well-rounded marketing could make gaining awareness difficult.

Brown's Hotel has been open for more than 170 years and prides itself on being one of the first opened in London. Perhaps this could be why the brand does not adhere to new-age marketing such as social media and mobile.
