Della Valle brothers sell 10 percent of Tod's shares

Christmas came early for Diego Della Valle, chairman of Tod’s, who along with his brother is pocketing more than $300 million from the sale of 10 percent of the group’s shares. Their family still owns almost 58 percent of the firm, according to WWD.
