Brands invested heavily in building Facebook audiences only to have the new algorithm make it very difficult to get in front of them. Since Instagram is now part of Facebook, doesn’t it make sense that “advertising” via Instagram be free UNTIL you build a large audience? I’m not saying not to use Instagram, I’m just cautioning against putting all of your eggs into that free basket. 🙂
